Do I need to have an appointment?
No! We take walk-ins. While appointments are not required, scheduling ahead can help reduce wait times, especially for services like auto tinting or detailed interior work. Our team at Auto Detail Spot works efficiently to accommodate both scheduled appointments and walk-in customers.How long does it take to finish?
This depends on the package selected. Our Furious Packages can take one to six or more hours to complete. Auto upholstery jobs vary based on the severity and scope of the project. We always strive to complete each service efficiently while maintaining high-quality results.Do you need to see the vehicle before you give me an upholstery estimate?
Yes. Times and pricing vary depending on the complexity of the job. To provide an accurate estimate for auto upholstery services, we need to see the vehicle in person. This allows us to assess the condition, materials, and scope of the work required.What are your business hours?
We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are closed on Sundays.Can you leave your car at our location overnight?
Yes, overnight parking is allowed. Please note that we are closed on Sundays. A $25 storage fee will apply if the vehicle remains on-site more than 48 hours after service completion.Do we work with insurance companies?
Yes, we do. You’ll need to provide the required documentation. Once payment arrangements are coordinated with the insurance company, we will proceed with the service.Do we take appointments & walk-ins?
Yes. Appointments can be scheduled by phone or in person with at least one day’s notice. Walk-ins are welcome at any time, depending on service availability and duration.Do we give quotes over the phone?
We can provide an estimated price range over the phone, which may vary depending on the department and service needed.Do we work with leaks?
Yes. Our diagnostic service starts at $169. Repair costs will be discussed after the issue has been properly diagnosed.Can vehicles be towed to our location?
Yes, vehicles may be towed to our facility. As long as the vehicle can be turned on or driven, we are able to service it.Do we do body work & paint?
No, we specialize in detailing, tinting, and upholstery services.Do we have a mobile detailing service?
No, the vehicle needs to be brought to our location.
Upholstery
How long is the duration for a headliner replacement?
This can take anywhere from 3-4 hours; it can be done in one day with sufficient time.
Do you stitch holes in the upholstery?
We do not stitch up holes; we do complete replacement of fabric and foam if necessary.
How long is the warranty on headliners?
5-year warranty.
Can upholstery prices be given over the phone?
No, we need to see the vehicle in person to give a proper quote.
Do we do starlight headliners?
Yes, you can come in for a range in price, and we can proceed from there.
What is the warranty on seat upholstery?
The warranty covers any stitching that may be coming loose or improper installation.
Do we only do upholstery in vehicles?

Do we change the board when replacing the headliner?
No, when doing a headliner replacement, we only replace the fabric.
Tint
What tint do we offer?
We have both Ceramic and High-performance films.
What is the warranty on ceramic film?
There is a lifetime warranty.
What is the warranty on high-performance film?
There is a 2-year warranty.
Do we tint the front windshield?
Yes, if you would like your front windshield tinted completely, we install that here as well as the visor.
Are our tint prices dependent on the vehicle?
Yes, pricing depends on the window count.
Do we remove tints?
Yes, depending on the window count that needs to be removed, the starting price is $90.
Can you put tint on top of pre-existing tint?
At our business, we do not place tint on top of tint for many reasons. One being the warranty will not be given because the film is not being placed on a clean, bare glass. Secondly, putting film on top of pre-existing film does not allow it to cure properly, meaning more than likely bubbles will appear, and peeling can occur.
How long does it take to complete a tint on a vehicle?
Normally, with the doors, rear windshield, and front windshield, this can take 3 hours. If we need to remove the film, please add an additional 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Detailing
How many packages do we offer?
We have 10 detailed packages, all of which can be found on our website www.autodetailspot.com.
Do we clean vehicles with mold, roach, or bad odors?
Yes, we have 3 Hazmat packages that focus on removing any of these issues, which you can find under our “hazmat packages” tab on our website.
Is there any warranty on our detailing packages?
No, there is not, with any package that includes shampoo. We give a 48-hour time frame to bring the vehicle to our location to touch up any stain that may have come back out after the seats dry.
Do we remove the seats for our detailed packages?
We offer seat removal dependent on the condition of the vehicle. There is an additional charge, which is discussed at drop off.
What are the aftercare instructions for shampoo?
If you are picking up your vehicle the same day, we recommend that if you have a garage, park the car there and to leave the doors open to allow the air to circulate for the seats to properly dry.
